Stage 3 of 7 · Build
Build: your AI team takes shape
We build the agents, automations, templates and connections you approved, in a test workspace your customers never see. Every Monday you get a four-line update, so you always know where things stand.
What this stage is
Build works from the approved plan, never from memory of a call. Everything is built in a test workspace, so customers see nothing until it has passed testing.
Your part here is light: read the Monday update and answer the occasional specific question. Quick answers keep the date.
See it in action

Your Monday update on WhatsApp
Next week: follow-up templates and hand-over rules.
We need from you: the new branch price list (asked Tuesday).
Status: on track for testing in the week of 16 Nov.Mon 11:20
Four lines, every Monday before noon.
If a date ever moves
Within one business day: what happened, the options and one new date.
What we do
- Build the agents, workflows, message templates and connections to your booking system or CRM.
- Version every instruction change, so any step can be rolled back.
- Check five delay warning signs every Monday and flag any slip the same day.
- Send your update every Monday before noon, without exception.
- Put every "can it also..." request through a short scope so your timeline is never eroded quietly.
What we need from you
Each item has a due point, so you can plan your team's time.
Ticks are saved in this browser only, so you can work through the list over several days.
How you know it is done
Every approved item is built and can be demonstrated in the test workspace.

Common questions
Can I see it while it is being built?
Yes. Ask for a demo at any point. It runs in a test workspace, so nothing reaches customers.
What if I think of something new?
Tell your account owner. Small items get done and logged. Bigger ones get a short scope with time and cost before anything changes.
What happens if you are late?
You hear it from us within one business day of knowing, with the reason, your options and one new date. If the cause was ours, we say what we absorb.
